How this project was built

With a new roof and skylights installed together, planning focused on making every layer work as one system. Skylights create openings in the roof, so the detailing around them decides whether the roof stays watertight for decades or leaks in the first storm.

We documented the roof surface, planned skylight placement with proper flashing integration, checked the usual leak zones such as valleys, vents and pipe boots, and sequenced the install so workmanship stayed consistent from tear off to final shingle.
