We evaluate the roof as a system: shingles, flashing, valleys, vents, penetrations, skylights and attic ventilation. Everything notable is photographed. Where it adds value and with your consent, we also capture drone imagery of areas that are hard to reach safely.

Typically 45 to 90 minutes on site depending on roof size and complexity. You do not need to be home for the exterior portion, though we recommend being there for the walkthrough at the end.

A written assessment with photos of what we found, a clear recommendation of repair, replace or no action needed, and an itemized quote if work makes sense. The report is yours either way.

No. Industry data shows most roofs called ready for replacement can be repaired instead, and our recommendations reflect that. If your roof has years left, the report says so. We would rather be the company you trust in five years than the one that oversold you today.

Yes, and quickly. After wind events we prioritize homes with visible damage such as missing shingles. We document the damage and give you an honest read on whether an insurance claim is even worth filing before you call your carrier.
